Nice haul. But please note the picture of the full box should be "as received", not "as refilled". More mystery that way. :)

Dayam! A Campy RD and a Deore LX? That's become my new favorite long-cage RD. It has the same styling as a Dura Ace RD with the metal surrounding the black logo in the parallelogram... and it's durn-near bomb proof.

BTW, now that you've got that decaleur, you'll need a front rack and a handlebar bag to go with. You can find those $10 Sunlite racks online (cause I know you're a cheap bastard, and proud of it). I have a buddy here in Portland that finds 12-pack coolers at thrift stores which are the right size and shape:
http://www.bagiva.com/images/D/12-Pa...Bag-inside.jpg Look for the ones with solid plastic liners, the decaleur can bolt up directly to it. If you find one with some exterior pockets, all the better. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4484/...67dca30b_b.jpg |

...I was thinking of using the decaleur as an excuse to finally get out the ol' sewing machine and do my own version of an acorn bag or something. And I've already got nice rack for it to sit on:

No box yet, I’m hoping the postal carrier didn’t throw his back out trying to load it on his truck.

Phew... it was in limbo for a few days and started to think it got sucked into the USPS abyss.

The Crapmaster is all knowing and all seeing, and knows for a fact that some of the items fit that description in the current box. Start with one legged crank arms, turkey levers, and dork disks. A good playuh should be cleaning out the truly crappy crap in the box anyways. |
Why is it so hard to do just that? I left so much crap in the box with the stupid idea that someone might value it.

Yes, the BOC virgin's conundrum. My advice is to pick the crappies, borked piece and remove it, then try again. Repeat until the box barely closes.

Thank, but I was able to rearrange the top layer to make it work, all that valuable crap is still in there, plus the items I threw in. And for the record, I have done the BOC in the past, just no on your watch.
May I ask then, what is your MR ranking now? The Crapmaster likes to have his list in proper order. |

Not sure what you mean by MR ranking? I participated two or three times in the last thread if that is what you mean.
V = Virgin player, first timer MR = Multiple Recividist (with number of times following) and, finally, the highest calling of all, CE = Crapmaster Emeriti, one who has either performed the role of Crapmaster, or has voluntarily restarted the game after someone has stolen the box (received it, but not forwarded it). I'll put you down as MR4. |
