WTB: bike attributed to Pela - have a look at these unique features
as best I've been able to tell there were no frames bearing the name of this builder. as my research continues I will append this post with the names that were built under this mans hand. 58-59cm CtC frame set to a complete bike. please no major damage or show queens.
