Dura Ace 7400 groupset

Does anyone know where I can find info on changing cables for my Dura Aca 7400 groupos? I bought an old Kestrel 200EMS Modulus, not sure the year, but the cables are toast and need to be replaced. I'm having a really are time finding info online. Thanks in advance!

Best bet is just go to a local cycling store if you have one: bring the bike and they can sell you what you need. if you have nothing near then you can get universal kits from jagwire and the like that will fit pretty much anything. there is nothing special about 7400 that requires any special cables, BUT your kestrel 200EMS may have some internal cabling etc considering it is a very specifically designed frame.

I used a Velo Orange braided cable kit with the 7400 group on my Paramount and it works fine.

The only thing I'd be coming concerned with ordering a cable kit is that the kit would have enough brake housing for an older bike.

If your bike doesn't need a full run of housing to the rear caliper, then... Never mind.

Just search for "Jagwire OEM cable" on Ebay. You can get everything you need for under 14 bucks (some colors are more expensive). The housing provided is more than enough.

Also, if it is needing help on how to do the work, try searching on You Tube, lots of good videos there showing how to do different tasks.

Jag wire makes an XL universal kit with extra long runs of housing. I always buy these to make sure I'll have enough.

I had used the "Road Pro" and there was nowhere near enough housing.

I use Shimano cable sets. They last so long (like forever) that the price becomes a non-issue.

My experience as well. Kind of sucks because the Road Pro kit has so many colors to shoes from. I now buy the Jagwire cables and housing all separately from Universal at half the price of the kit but not as many color choices.
