Puch Mistral,help!!!

Hello, I am new on forum. I have a Puch bike, and I do not know from which year is. The bicycle is about 8-9 kg.New tires Continental Giro, V brake Modolo, brake Levers Weinmann, rest components is Campagnolo....

Welcome to C&V, Vladimir! My best estimate is that it is an early 1980's bike. There were different versions of the Mistral, where the main difference was in the tubing use: either Reynolds 531 or Puch's own 2500 high-ten or a combination of both.

Mark Bulgier has this '81 Puch catalog on his site. Perhaps it can help you determine which model you have.

BTW, I would think yours is later than '81, as the '81 models still had the derailleur cables running on top of the BB shell.

Here's an SE that looks more like yours. Sadly the site doesn't mention a build date.

Really nice, especially with the panto'd crankset.
The rear derailleur is a model 980 (I think), a nice upgrade would be to Nuovo Record. In keeping with the rest of the bike.

I find my AustroDaimler to be a favored rider. How do you like the Puch?
