DT swiss new aero spokes for shamals

So I've come into kind of a weird situation... got these amazing condition shamals locally for a really good price... didnt ride them for a few months.... get the on the road to discover tonnnnns of flex in them and needed the spokes tensioned. shopkeeper broke one. Thought it would be easy to get a replacement but i knew it woudn't be easy to find original stock, but aparently the spokes called "new aero" by dt swiss are the exact same as the originals.....

https://www.dtswiss.com/Components/Spokes/DT-new-aero

Anyone know where I could find some of these? If they're on the dt swiss website wouldn't you assume they're available?? not really any on ebay or wheel building sites OR LBS. weird spokes to find. Would love it if anyone knows where to find these.[/MENTION]

Go to the dealer locator icon, bottom right of the screen. type in your zip code, a Google search with the retailers near you pops up. I have seen various DTSwiss spokes sold through Ribble's website, too.

Please let me know if you managed to buy that spoke and if it fit. I have a set of Shamals with one standard, replacement spoke. I would like to know if getting aero spoke is an option.

What length do you need? I picked up a bunch of assorted spokes from a shop that closed - including a few aeros of some type.

Funny the New Aero spokes are so heavy though. Unless it's just a typo. Something close to double their Aerolite spokes??

Do you know if they're actually DT Swiss new aero? Like are they in the box?? Only worth the trouble of complete disassemble of it if it's legitimately the proper replacement. I'd need 274 for the DS spoke. 271 for nds. I

The aeros I have are odd'n ends, so I don't really know what I have.
I'll look and see if I have any 271 or 274 - and the actual type.

Lots of spokes for labeled as EC90 and EA70, Zipp 404 and various Shimano wheels, but the only designated for Campy was some with a Zonda label taped to them, & not the right length.

I measured some of the unlabeled loose ones, too, but nothing at either 271 or 274. Doesn't appear I can assist.

Cool thanks so much for looking, I guess the search continues.
Maybe you will come across something. If it helps at all the span of the aero section of the spokes is 2.0 mm.
Maybe you will run into something like that.
