Is this Pinarello???!!!

On bike says Delgado,but Pedro Delgado was driving Pinarello.
equipment is Campagnolo.
Is this frame Pinarello from 1990's,or something else?

I do not know if it is a Pinarello or not...but...one thing I can say...that is a gorgeous bike! I love seeing pics of great looking bikes...particularly on a Monday morning! So...thanks for sharing, I am sure a lot of the experts here will take care of getting your question answered!

The TIG welding, oversized tubes and unicrown fork would make it no earlier than 1990. I doubt it gets far into the 2000s, if at all, because it still uses a quill stem. The components don't help much as the mix of Veloce and Mirage suggests a frankenbike. However, if any component was OEM, the headset is most likely and Mirage came out in 1995, though that particular version is 1996-1998.

As for it being a Pinarello manufactured frame, it's possible but seems unlikely.
