if you have access to the frame: what size seatpost, what's the BB and fork threading, anything stamped on the BB shell?

Pending answers to the above post, the long dropouts in conjunction with brazed-on shift lever, water bottle and brake cable fittings should put it circa 1974-1978.

Bought off of eBay, currently waiting for it to be shipped, the owner said it is either 26.6mm or 26.8mm seapost, will update when receive the frame.
