Looking for more info on a mid-70's Griffon

I recently purchased a mid-70's to early-80's Griffon from a friend of mines Father.

EDIT: The components are dated 1973, so it looks like the bike is a bit older than I initially thought

The thread here is the only information I've been able to find on the internet about it.

I believe I have a near 100% original version of the bike (minus the saddle and some add-ons). Any information on the builder and/or history/year would be much appreciated.

It's a great ride and runs smooth as the day it was made.

I posted on r/vintage_bikes looking for any additional information about it and was directed back here.

I don't know anything about the brand but I can tell you that it's not as old as 1973. Those dropouts weren't available in 1973.

Built in Santa Monica by Jim Holley. I think I have the spelling right.
Built part time, then full time then part time.
Then packed up and moved to NZ.
Nice fellow.
His bikes were straightforward, listened to the client and made what they needed. Made bikes, not frilly artwork.
