My Bridgestone 450's almost finished

Just need to pick up its own tires, and give the wife's wheels back (she's been giving me the fish-eye). My plan to have decals made has been held up by certain individuals who shall remain nameless ;) , so I hand-cut some stencils and sprayed 'em on instead.

I suppose I'll have to put the drops back on before I sell it, but I just can't hang with drops and no suicides in town -- get too far away from the brake levers around here and you're dog meat.

Here's a question for you guys; it obviously ought to have a better set of road pedals than what's on it. Should I pop for a set, or is that something a new owner would want to pick out himself?

Wow. That's a nice bike.

I'd leave the pedals on for now, but the new owner will probably have his own preference for pedals. Since there is so much debate about which is the best etc.. I'd just sell it with the platforms and let the new guy change them.

I agree. Pedals are a "personal preference" kind of thing. And, you won't get the ROI for new pedals - the bike would sell for the same price either way......

Oh - and the stencils look spectacular....MUCH better that old pedestrian decals. Whoever held you up on the decal order did you a big favor..... :D
