Try some MKS dust caps.

They're cheap, and readily available.

...this. ^^^ they don't fit everything, but they fit a lot of older pedals and are about the only ones you can find readily available for sale as individual parts any more. Reminds me I need to order some more of them.

I too need one. Where are you ordering from? Where may they be readily available? My LBS says they don't deal in any vintage parts.

The pedals appear to be Sakae Ringyo SP-150; the MKS caps should work fine. Ben's Cycles in Milwaukee is another source.

Digging up this old thread, did the MKS caps fit?
I have some SP-550 pedals which seem to have the same dust caps as yours (I'm missing one...). I bought the MKS 'Prime' Sylvan dust caps and those don't fit. Those are slightly to big.
