Looking for blue/mink Raleigh pro frame

Hello I'm looking for a taller blue/mink Raleigh pro frame to restore with my son who just started riding. Early to mid 70s. Would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Surprising that it hasn't sold at that asking price.

Yes I've been actually trying to get that guy to sell me just the frame. He absolutely will not and I can't afford to pay what he wants to ship the entire bike. That's the frame I want tho

Seems like an easy solution to me - cut a deal with a guy here to take the parts and chip in on shipping.

I have tried everything I can think of to convince that guy to sell me just the frame. He will not budge. And he wants like $200-$300 to ship. If someone wants to buy that bike and part it out I will pay top dollar for the frame

Dude - have a guy here pick up the frame in person and ship it. Let him keep the wheels or something to fascilitate. Part it out to recoup. Should be easy to part out 300 in parts there.

How would I go about doing that? Just start a thread asking someone to do that?

Are you close enough to pick it up?

You have a couple of doable ones here, follow up and see what you can do. Probably shouldn't have started a second thread. The one in Boston is a better deal IMHO. Gonna hang onto mine for now.

...wow. Five hunnert bucks for a blue mink Raleigh Pro that belonged to John Howard. That's cool. I guess there's not a buncha money chasing olde bikes in Cleveland, Ohio.
