Bridgestone Radac 3100

Just wondering if any of our members owns one of these rare gems. I'd love to hear your thoughts and maybe a few pics. I have always liked these bikes and maybe someday get my hands on one.

Funny you mention this bike. I have no pictures but a guy I was talking to the other day saw one of these in a local shop that the shop has had since the bike came out. Asking price $1000.
I'll gladly try to get some details for you if you'd like.

Sounds like a nice example but is a bit pricey for me. Good to hear a few are out there.

I thought the same, though I must say I know nothing about this model.

I sold them when I was a sales rep for Veltec-Boyer under the Pacifica label. I had one during my triathlon phase, with elephant IUd handlebars. It was about 19 lbs the way I built it up. Rode very nicely. Very lively frame

Buddy of mine had one (Pacifica label version), went down on the derailleur side and the hanger broke off. I spoke with Grant over at Bridgestone to get a warranty replacement, got a lecture on what amounted to a layman's description of fracture mechanics, but ended up replacing it.

Yep, Grant sold aluminum frames, and used to race as well.
