I use PhotoBucket.

you need an on-line photoserver, and photobucket works great (their free storage and bandwidth is probably all you'll ever need)
though I hate their mobile version and removed it from my phone

on this php board, you copy the Direct link for the image from photobucket and paste it into the dialog pop-up on this forum.

I use Photobucket and follow this procedure.
first upload your picture
then I click on the box next to img
third I paste it in my post
and it looks like this without the red remove me

You can, but they've "hidden" it from those of us that were used to finding the "upload image from computer" with the image icon. You now have to upload as an attachment (the paper clip). They've limited the file size even smaller than before, though.

I link from flickr. Click on the "Share" arrow icon, then choose BBC code in the dialogue box (I usually choose medium size), copy that link and paste into a BF response.
