Yes, I'll be there as a buyer. Vendor spaces are sold out at this point. As bargainguy stated in the Madison thread....lots of buying goes on before the doors open to the general public.........but still some bargains to be found. A gorgeous Moto Le Champion went unsold at Madison at a good price.....possibly a BFer's ???

I'll be there. I thought about getting a table, but they were already sold out.
I didn't end up going to the Madison swap, but wonder if that Motobecane was my old bike. I sold it several years ago and know that the owner was thinking of selling it.

The Moto was a 52cm or thereabouts..........still had old tires I believe, but the rest of it was extremely clean.

Dave Fonda won't be there, but I'll have brochures for his cancer rides. I've been meaning to go for the past few years, but it hasn't yet happened for various reasons. Maybe we can make plans to ride it as a group this year.

I guess I wasn't paying close attention to @gioscinelli's original post, and that there will be two in the Chicago area, on back-to-back weekends. (Can't these people coordinate a bit better? 52 weeks in a year, and they run back-to-back...)
I'm going to the swap at Jaks Tap in Chicago on Feb 4. Smaller, and more "cozy" than the Harper swap.
Unlikely to make the swap at Harper College, though if I have Dave's brochures by then, perhaps I can give some to people to make available there.

Picked up a couple of nice frames today...........a PX-10 and a Dawes Super Galaxy with a bunch of NOS extras including a set of Miche Competition Hubs and a set of Cyclepro hubs.

I was a very good boy today. I went looking for a rear rack and fenders for my Cannondale ST 1000. I ended up with a freewheel tool, a Blackburn rear rack and a seat bag support.
I passed up a sweet set of tubular wheels, mint rims laced to high flange Record hubs for only $125 as well as some cranks and brifters. I knew that if I bought them, I would need to buy so much more. I am showing hope. It was so hard to do. Mostly , I went for the fun of it all. I got to see some cool stuff.
