Looking for help figuring out the year of Colombia Rambler

I'm new here and am looking for help identifying a bike that my daughter and I found at a resale shop. I was hoping to clean her up for my daughter but my husband said I should check to make sure it isn't a collectible first. What I could find was the Columbia 1961 girls bike and a few Ramblers with different chain cover designs. I would really like to know the year she is from Also if she is missing any parts that I could find and replace. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Bikes: A green one, "Ragleigh," or something.

"Girls bikes" are almost never collectibles, so do with it whatever you want. If your kid is riding that thing to school, she's probably the coolest kid in the neighborhood. From the parts on it, it looks pretty complete to me. I'm not an expert on this kind of bike but dating it anywhere from anywhere from the early 60s to early 70s seems about right to me. The one thing I didn't expect to see is the wishbone seat stay arrangement. I've never seen that on an old bike, but again... I'm no expert.

Look for a serial number on the bike, that might help pin down the date of manufacture.
