Help with Identifying... De Rosa?

To begin with, the frame was repainted by previous owner many years ago. Im not sure if any parts are native(even 3ttt stem) except by Campognolo bottom bracket and headset.

Only 2 lugs are with some kind of hearts (2 not 3!)

On BB shell i found on one side 2 letters TY(TV maybe) and on the other side 2 number 60(actually it could be 160 or 63 or 163)

Do u have any idea what bike it is? Here is on photo are the most interesting parts of frame. I found all of them on different Bianchi bikes but not all at the same time

Thank You for your help!

Can you show a pic of the whole Bike?

Whoa! There's potentially some serious damge to the frame, can't tell for sure but maybe a front-end collision (which may explain the fork), plus somebody was NOT kind to that stem! The cable is routed wrong thru the BB guides.
BUT good news (if you call it good) is I don't think this is a DeRosa, so the damage was done to a less valuable frame...

Looks like it was in a front end collision. They changed the Fork but didn't address any Frame damage. That front wheel is running a little too close to the down tube.

straight fork, angle of shooting, and shadows make frame look damaged but may be you are right.

The question is who made this frame

If you didn't buy that yet don't. If you did buy it try and get your money back. That thing is a wreck, aside from that fact that it may have been wrecked.

Is there any writing on the dropouts or forkends? Can you see the threading on the bottom bracket? The only thing that says Bianchi to me is the chain stay bridge but that is a pretty common part.

Definitely not a DeRosa.

No there is nothing of it.

Hacked and abused! Washer above the crown race?! Drilled and tapped the stem because the threads were stripped?!

Brake bridge has a crack in the paint at the joint with the stay, result of spreading the rear DO without reinforcing the bridge?

What is with that faster being used for the seat lug?

And of course the other items already mentioned. Wow in a negative way. And I thought my purchase of a drewed Trek 610 was bad!

It is a bike you should not consider buying.

Sorry, but keep looking.

(and as Bianchigirll said, if you did buy it go get your money back ASAP)

i wonder if that washer has anything to do with the front wheel possibly touching the downtube?

i was wondering about but thought it might be the paint peeling
