Colnago
Does anyone know how to identify a colnago
|
Geez, where to start?
There's no way to ID any bike from any manufacturer by simply tossing out a name. It's like saying "how do you identify a Schwinn?" - there are too many models spanning decades of production. So, try this link. It's generally accepted as quite accurate and will get you started. If you actually have a bike in hand or access to one, you can check it against the details contained within. Good luck! Velo-Retro: Colnago Super Timeline And here's one more: http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Ita...ago_dating.htm DD |
You may have one particular Colnago in mind? If you have this Colnago or have access to this Colnago, post a few photos of key areas such as the lugs as well as an overall photo. I'm sure you will get some assistance identifying this Colnago.
If it's just a probing or general question, then the answer is basically, yes. |
It should have a Clover on it somewhere. Done. :)

Ernesto is quite the marketeer so you know one when you see it.

Welcome to BF C&V.
We love detailed pics. It's the only mutually satisfying way to answer your questions. Post 'em up, wait for answers. Expect a few questions. Date codes on original components are good indicators of the year assembled. |
