I assume Univega. If you want to keep it at least period correct, if not original, you need to know the steerer tube length and keep an eye on ebay. If you don't care about that and just want to ride, Nashbar has a carbon replacement fork that is actually pretty nice and can be had for about $50 in the threaded version.

Just get a Tange fork. Or get a used one. They are all pretty similar.

I put a Soma "Classic Curve" model fork on a 38 year old Panasonic. Looks vintage beautiful, rides great. All chrome. Good price.

+1 on "get one on eBay." Or from Soma. Or from your local Co-op. But make sure you get one with the right steer tube length, so you don't have to go to the extra hassle of cutting ad re-threading the end. A little too long is OK, you can make that up in spacers. A little to short, obviously, won't work at all.

Isn't it a cantilever fork that costs $170? I'm sure it's made by Tange.
Soma Classic Curve Cyclo-Cross/Trekking Fork

For $170 you can get a nice Univega that has a fork.
