Estate sale Follis
Made it to the sale before the bikes were sold, but missed the Bauer. Nice 3 speed with accessories. But the two guys ahead of me looking at bikes passed over the Follis because of the wrong components. Couldn't pass on the price.

Recently acquired an affordable Follis with barends. From the little checking I did, i believe mine is the model 072; less desirable than others and claw mounted RD. Came with nice Wrights saddle and Bluemels. Not sure what it will look like down the road. Maybe, single speed city bike.

Front wheel has a Campy Record hub, has Simplex bar ends that are routed weird through that guide. Has a Cyclone front derailleur and a STX rear. 59 Seat and 57 top tube. It's been stored in a basement for a long time so no paint/rust issues. Going into the parts bin and I'll see how it ends up.

This is a great website on all things Follis, FOLLIS - Joseph FOLLIS - Marcel FOLLIS - ANCIENS VELOS LYONNAIS
It's in French but if you look down the page you will find a catalog of their bikes in English that will help you ID the bike.
Nice find; I'd love to find one of their racing bikes in my size.

$65? Great catch! The MAFAC brakes and Nervar crankset alone are worth the price of admission, IMO.

No entry to the garage, but I bet there are some bike tools and parts out there. They also said there were pictures and posters of bicycling that I didn't get to. Anyone into model trains would love the sale. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/gms...238133433.html
