Koga Road Speed

Hello, Yesterday I purchased 1980 Koga Road Speed - I found it on internet auction. It looks as if it is in great condition, but since it's an internet purchase something will pop up for sure I want to work on this bike a bit to make it look even better Can someone share with me a list of parts from original model, especially on rims, tyres, bottom bracket? This one has Shimano 600 Arabesque all over it but I m sure saddle isn't original for that model.
This is the second Koga I own, the first one is Globe traveller S from 2003 and it's great !

Koga Miyata keeps their archived catalogues on the website, start there. I wouldn't get too hung up on original consumables, or treating it as a PERFECT catalog restoration personally. This isn't a show bike and I don't think anyone is studying the chain for "correctness".

This was the first place I checked They don't list bike components in their old catalogues though, but I'm not so concerned anymore because everything looks original, I will try to renovate this white saddle, any tips ?

Take up @3speedslow on his offer. Those saddles were very nice.

The brochure states that "generally speaking" it is a complete Shimano 600 EX build, and explicitly mentions the bottom bracket, crank set, headset and brakes.
