I would like to start with an old British film (pointed out by BikeSnob).

I am wondering how the film company was able to get the boys to ride so half-hazardly and to actually crash, without endangering them. If you see master Henry Brown coming your way, please.., get off your bike and run away! There's no need to involve yourself in this sort of silly nonsense, and besides, you could end up in ryming court!
