Shimano Exage 500 LX shifters

My 1992 Trek 930 has Shimano Exage 500 LX components on it, including the shifters (3/7 speed). The 7 speed shifter stopped working, and it because the original lubricant has solidifed. So - I took it all apart and thoroughly cleaned every part in it - then realized I forgot to photograph the disassembly process.
Yes I know - stupid me.
Does anyone have an exploded diagram or know how this shifter goes back together? I know it would be an easy matter to just replace them with ST-EX51 shifters ($30 on amazon), and maybe I should just to update a 25 year old bike, but it's the principle of the matter...
