Does this exist?
 

Looking for a lugged frame/fork that will run 700c x 43, like a Bruce Gordon Rock and Road, with fenders and 700c x 50 like Schwalbe Big Apples, Cantilevers, bi-plane fork, longish chain stays, semi-horizontal or vertical dropouts, built on DR hanger with rack and fender mounts? Of course water bottle and brake cable housing stops
this is fairly close to what I would like but 2" too small

With the exception of the lugs and bi-plane fork, it sounds like a garden variety 29er.

If you want to pay big bucks, the Velo Orange Piolet frame sounds like it would work well for what you want. Minus, as T-mar said, fork and lugs. But it's vaguely "retro", so...

Oh yeah, and minus availability. Dunno when they're going to have the next run of that for sale, probably the new year I imagine.
