Lugged Bianchi Super Pista

Im picking up a Bianchi road bike today and form what I can gather from the pictures the frame is butted, the components look mostly original, but the thing that's throwing me is the color combo. Its a deep burgundy with gold graphics. Has anyone seen this color on a vintage Super Pista because I cant find a single one when I look it up. When I get the bike today I'll post the serial number to try and narrow down a year and to confirm it is a Super Pista.

Is it a road bike or a Pista (track) bike?

A deep burgundy with gold graphics could be a '84ish Limited with a Japanese made frame.

I don't have my catalogs but I believe there was a lugged Super Pista back in the early '80s but it was Columbus with all Campi

Any pics or link to the add?

I think I may have come acoross a similar model. Is this similar to what youíre talking about? Itís labeled as a ďsuper...Ē with half of the sticker missing, so Iím assuming itís a super pista, mid- to late-80s, lugged steel frame.

Seems OP is seeing a japanese Bianchi Limited road bike converted into either a single speed or fixed gear.

Hopefully seller hasn't chopped off the derailleur hanger and cable guides.
