Vulcan cycle works!?

Got this a while ago.
No serial#.
Some kind of mark, RG? something on the bb.
Widow said her husband raced it.
Very little info on Vulcan cycle work...decoy decals?
Any info work be helpful.

The bb shell is a Gargatte (RGF). Quite common BITD.

Sure would like to get some info on this.
Tapping the tubes tells me that this thing is made from all kinds of diff tubing.
There are a lot of diff tells on this bike...the holes in the fork legs and such.
I’ll prob pull the DA stuff off and go all Campy on it.
My parts to project disparity is shrinking!

I saw a Sparrow bike frame on one of the other threads, I believe it was the “Are you looking for one of these”...it had a lot of tells compared to this mystery bike from exactly 3 years ago, cue the spooky music...I’ve done some research and there are some subtle differences, improvements...
If anyone has any pictures, other references...personal stories beyond what I can find on line, I’d really appreciate it...Thanks...
