Clean and straightforward Fattic.
interesting the braze on front mech and Regular nutted brake attachment.

needed a few more links of solid pin chain to catch all the cogs?

Very small Paramount, since stripped, will eventually be Emerald/Campusish Green.

I sure love bright colors for my bikes normally. But sometimes white just get's it done too!

I shared the Paletti last year but hey, you can't ever have too many beautiful bike pictures shared.

And then we have the Olmo SanRemo built up this year. It's quite lovely also, especially some of the details like the gold outlining on the black decals.

Oooh I have been waiting to post this just completed build here. This thread helped me pick my color choices so kudos all. Also it’s amazing what you see in your own photo that you don’t in person (bar ends pointing up/brake levers not aligned bottom of bar, etc., so still fine tuning. 71 Lygie.

Very cool, love the chevron transition at the paint to chrome, beautiful.

No worries on the finer points here for me, brake levers are right where I would have them after I pointed the bar ends down a bit or more.

Should be just about perfect for riding on the hoods.

Colors look great although I would have a Brooks on there, Brown or Black.

Quite right, not horrible but pretty rough, frame and build being payed forward to a very good friend that wants it to be green.

Also going to be built up as a tourist 5-6 speed, everything a bit more modern, shined and polished up to be a real gem.

It is also going to have silver accents, lug lining and lettering with the green instead of white like they usually had.

Hopefully it turns out well, we'll see, still a long ways to go.

And yes, also quite right about white, not my favorite but a pristine Paramount in it would be a possible exception.

This is my girl's bike. Obtained it cheap and then spent freely on upgrades. To shrink the cockpit we swapped out the 120mm flat stem for a 70mm riser. Changed bars from 44 cm to 36cm. New, color q'd tape. Swapped out the saddle for a Bontrager WSD. Pushed the rails as far forward as they would go. The stock triple crankset is fine, but changed the 12-25 cassette for a 12-32. So she's got a 30x32 low end now. New brake pads, chain. The ders, brifters, wheelset, tubes, tyres, etc. are all fine. We call it The Snow Leopard. Rare and deadly.

Just realized this is the C&V and while her bike's not quite vintage it IS white and has 8 sp brifters. It's over ten years old. The main things are she really loves it, rides it and asked me to post it. We went through several pages and as a result she is all about lug work. Now THIS has become her dream bike:

I have 2 white bikes, but this is the one that belongs here in C&V. I've currently got this bike listed for sale, but the longer it sticks around, the more I want it to stick around :-)
