This is pretty cool. 1819!!! Is this Britain's oldest bike? 199-year-old bicycle found in disused barn

I looks in good shape. I agree, photos need a plain background for the bike to stand out.

There would be some flex of the bow shaped main beam, but still...ow, ow, ow! A seat pad or suspended leather saddle plus a fixed crank with pedals is the natural next step. Don
