I though she would offer a restoration service but looks to be a resale business plan, ie flip.
Also does not appear to be an actual shop where the bikes can be purchased by visit ?

The blogger is a CPA with her own firm. Seems like this is her hobby / passion, rather than primarily a business. She also seems to be a serious cyclist. Her prices are high for sure but it probably doesn't matter how long a bike takes to sell, if ever.

This reminds me of something I have thought about for this. Can we get a listing of BF members in PDX and nearby to invite them? Maybe the mods could help, is there a way to tag them from the avatars?

There is a "regional" forum for the Pacific Northwest. I'd copy any announcements for Velocirque there.

You're probably right, although there is a complete member listing so I suppose you could ping the whole list and see what happens. 
Probably should start a manual list, do you know of some that don't normally chime in or come that we could reach out to?
The regional thing doesn't seem to get much traction, but still wouldn't hurt to post up there.

Jon Williams work is amazing. I love, love his reworking of the IRD 11O BCD cranksets. His customization of Campy parts is incredible.
I wish he was in my town so I could drop off some parts to rework. His Flick’r page went on & on documenting his art. VERY inspirational!
I do have a question about the paint used to infill pantographed parts: What kind of paint do you think he uses? It fills the recess nicely and has such deep glossy color. I have an unpainted, nicely crafted titanium head badge for my new Lithuanian crafted Wittson titanium disc Illuminati compact road frame that deserves the deluxe 2 color headbage pantograph paint job.

I just read her blog on mounting a tubular tire and it hilarious and true!
She deserves credit for doing what many of us do - envisioning a contemporary re-use for our favorite vintage stuff. Everything I have read so far on her website is spot-on awesome. If than means charging $1,800 for a vintage mixte where she incorporates a fresh combo of old and new parts into a super versatile steed? I say - "you go gurll !!".

Portland appears to be the capital of bikes and old bikes. I'm envious. Though NYC is picking up. There are some shops that specialized in used and refurbished bikes.
