Carlton Pro-Am 12 Restoration
Bought for £70 in a sorry looking state. All parts original except for saddle, seatpost, cabling, bar tape, tyres, and toeclips/straps. Tubing is Reynolds 531.

That is a sharp-looking machine. I could do without the guard hanging on the outer chainring, but I like everything else, including your brake hood - bar tape - saddle color theme.
I am guessing early 1980s because of features also found in my Bianchi: under-BB shift cable routing, brazed-on brake cable guides on top of the top tube, downtube shift, lack of chrome, etc.
