Maybe it's the lighting and missing paint, but the top top-tube looks like it's been bent out of shape at the lower bend.

I Can't believe you are all missing the obvious forks are bent and I mean way out...

Tires are all flat for continuity...lol

Plus rear wheel is not a coaster brake wheel it is a front wheel!

I mean what is going on here you guys are missing everything

Honestly, it's hard to tell frame/fork alignment from photos because of parallax. But yeah you have some work ahead of you.

This reminds me of a Donald Duck cartoon I once saw. Donald and Daisy are about to set off on an outing in Donald's little convertible automobile. Donald notices there is a flat tyre and explodes into one of his frequent temper tantrums. Daisy asks what is wrong and Donald says "The tyres, they are all supposed to be the same." So Daisy takes out her hat pin and pops the other three.
