Lovely ride AustinFitz-- that's my kind of bike!

And gosh aren't Suntour symmetric shifters just a dream! Wherever it's close to appropriate in terms of time period and aesthetics I'm switching all my bikes to Symmetric levers (Kabuki DT, Kabuki DFD, Kabuki Cro-Mo-12) while my Fuji America and Nishiki Competition will stick with barcons.

Thank you! It's my favorite bike in my stable. I wholeheartedly agree that the Symmetric shifters work beautifully! It's something I don't really think about much until I get on one of my bikes without them, and find myself having to trim the FD much more often. I'm lucky I like them since I have the brazed on mount!
