Canada Post rates are pretty high.

I don't have black 105 brake calipers but I do have a pair of Modolo Speed brake calipers that are black but don't have the brake block holders or tire guides. They came on a bike along with some unidentified non-aero Campagnolo brake levers with drilled levers.

Interested? I'm in South Central Ontario, Canada.

Cheers

Oddly I've found the pendulum has swung the other way. I've shipped to the US for less than what it takes to send north of the border. Shipping in our own country remains expensive.YMMV

@clubman - you might be right.Bertinjim says he was quoted $135 Canadian to ship a frame from St Catharines to Fla. Last frame I shipped across USA was $70 to San Diego so not much more without any border hassle.

@Mieleman Great minds think alike. I have a nice set of Modolos (Modoli??). But, they looked wrong with this bike so figured I'd just buy a set of 105s so for once my ride matches. This is one of those 650c bikes so I want to ride it at least once to see what the fuss was about.

Ps Ref: our last talk. I was wrong. Those were 600 toe clips and yours for free if we ever meet

@jonwvara - Don't know if this is the one you're looking for, but since it doesn't match the photos of others offered here, I figured I'd toss it out for a look-see. Doesn't appear to be a model number stamped anywhere, but I may not be looking in the right place. It is one of the models with the weird, proprietary upper pulley.

By golly, that is the very one I am looking for. Can I offer you another, normal long-cage (or short cage) Suntour RD in trade? I think I've got a VGT Luxe, a Cyclone or two, and a Vx, plus some somewhat newer stuff. A few Shimano RDs of one sort or another as well.

I shipped 2 frames/one box from NS. to Kentucky by UPS for about $125 iirc. You have to pack it yourself to ensure a safe delivery.

I'm WAY overstocked on RDs, unless you have a 9-Speed Shimano long cage unit handy. I'll pack up the AG for you and we can discuss trades in the PM section.

Suntour Cyclone Rear Derailleur Return/Tension Spring Needed

Do any of you have a Suntour Cyclone rear derailleur return/tension spring you would be willing to part with? It's needed for my (bought new) 1981 Schwinn Super Sport that I use 6 days/week for training... Thanks! Kirby

ISO Mavic 500 series front hub, 32 holes. If you have one laced to a rim, that might be OK too. I have a rear and would like to find a mate.
EDIT: Found! Thanks #balindamood .

I have A return/tension spring in my spares and pretty sure it's some kind of SunTour but it's not marked. Can you share a pic of the Cyclone you are looking for?

This is a "future ISO list" so I know who to contact if a future potential project for a neighbor goes through. He wants to buy a crusty 1978 Raleigh Record Ace (the meh one) from his neighbor to replace his stolen Specialized. I don't know why he's fixed on this idea, but he is. I told him that the best thing to do with the rusty hulk is to junk the wheels and convert it into an upright-bar, 3-speed rat rod.

I have Sturmey SRF-3 hubs I can repurpose for this project, but I'll need to get:
  • Some decent 700C box section rims
  • North Road handlebars
  • A tall quill stem, something like a 50mm SR. Nothing fancy.

Have the tall quill, not fancy, probably around 50mm forward reach, available if and when.

That's great. Can you PM me this so it's easier for me to get back to you if this project goes through?

I am ISO some rather specific headset parts to complete or make usable some I have that are layin' around the bins:

NEED one or two 27.0 crown races for Ritchey Logic 1" threaded HS, plus one top cap nut for same (with rubber seal on top), not even sure if Ritchey makes a 27.0 cause I only see 26.4 online in recent looks.

A crown race (either 26.4 or 27.0) and top nut for a Dura Ace 7410, these use sealed bearings

A crown race (one each) for Campy Mirage alloy HS and Campy Veloce alloy HS, these both seem to be about 1994 vintage (guessing that only 26.4 races were made)

HAVE all kinds of stuff, sned me a wish list if we connect over these HS parts.

Could be a long shot, but I'm looking for a pair of Campagnolo monoplaner (mono planer? monoplanar?) brake calipers.

A few different version of them were made, and I'd prefer the earlier (Chorus) version but am open to the later Athena version. I don't think the Mirage-level are a good fit for my application.

Anyone have any on hand?

I'm searching for a derailleur hanger for a 1996 Mongoose IBOC zero-g sx, it seems as though neither of the two big makers are reproducing this one. I tried to color in the drop outs with a grease pen for contrast. Photos of drop-outs....(apologies for the HUGE pics they didn't seem to want to shrink)

bobthalamu, you'll find one listed for a 1996 IBOC Comp here, but the pattern is wrong:
https://derailleurhanger.com/product...ur-hanger-216/

They say the 1997 IBOC used this, but the pattern is still different:
https://derailleurhanger.com/product...eur-hanger-38/

Contact them and they'll probably figure it out for you.

In the worst of cases, you can get a piece of stainless laser cut to the shape. All you'll have to do is tap it for the derailer.
