REAL tractors are Green (got four of em). Got a little yellow/white one too but that's just for shifting Lincoln Logs around and for mowing the porch.

I'm really enjoying this thread, because you're giving the bike a good treatment. You've inspired me with my 1971 Super Course which I've reworked a few times and am reworking again currently.

OK - not being happy with the photos I posted in post 248, I did a re-shoot outdoors without flash, and canceled the "vivid" setting in the camera which saturated the color to something completely different than it actually is. I edited post 248 with new photos in natural outdoor lighting with no camera enhancements. the new photos depict a much better representation of the actual color. The paint used was X-O Rust alkyd enamel, Majic catalyst Hardener, thinned with VM&P Naptha. I sprayed outdoors with a Harbor Freight 4oz. gravity feed mini gun. It's my first frame paint job....

MUCH better, thanks for updating the photos.
As others have suggested, a contrasting head-tube color would show off those lugs.
Looking forward to seeing the final product.
