Hi Dale, it all depends on the rim size that was on the bike. If you scroll down the page on this site, you'll see the tire size on this version of a BSA paratrooper model, which shows the tire marked with "Fits EA-3 or F-4 rim". That would be a modern ERTO-590 tire, 26 x 1-3/8", or 650A tire. You should measure the rim you have to double-check the bead-seat diameter, which should be 590mm, if it's this version.
