Next Velocirque - early June, mid June, late June?

Velocult is trying to schedule the next Velocirque.

The ideal is to have it on a Saturday during Pedalpaloiza which is June 1 through 30. The shop plans a bike swap on the following Sunday.

So what's our BF preference? Early June, mid June, late June?

Sat June 23 or Sat June 30?

Pipe up folks, especially your Seattle BFers who might consider traveling for this.

I'll be out of town on June 30. I'd be really sad to miss one of these.

I'll be out of town in TX watching my sister's two youngest chicks from June 21st to July 5th. I'll come down if it happens prior to those dates.

I'm in SLC on the 9th. But I'm kind of iffy on this year anyway. Really glad I could come down a few years ago, though; what a great weekend!

You can't just bring that smashed bike you've been posting about?

Ok,

Other events that might be fun are:
Saturday June 9, Grilled by Bike, 2:00 PM

Sunday June 10, Cargo Bike Roll Call, 1:00 PM (I probably won't have a cargo bike up there, but I do have a trailer).

Anyway, my vote would be for the 9th.

June is also the month that Nephews and Nieces visit Mom... Also haying season, so it can be a bit unpredictable, but early is probably better than late.

That's the one I need to finish!
I figure a big 'ol handlebar bag will hide any flaws...

I got my last summons within a few days of the last Velocirque. It probably would have been OK, but since I'm car-free, and one can never guarantee how long a trial will last, I postponed it for a month.

Went in the next month, got a low number, but wasn't chosen to actually sit on a jury.

And they denied my mileage reimbursement because I was a bike commuter.

Okay . . .

J U N E 1 6

. . . It Is. With a bike swap next day, that Velocult will put together.

Mark those calendars, tell your friends, make those travel arrangements, finish those bikes. Oh, and will someone lead the C&V ride in the morning?
