Peugeot Pipeline 5 Bottom Bracket TPI?

Hey, I have a Peugeot Pipeline 5 that I want to replace the bottom bracket on. I think I figured most of this stuff out from these forums and youtubes.
Last question is, How do you tell if you something is 24TPI or 28TPI?
Wait, I also need to choose between 68mm and 65mm.
I can't open the thing yet because I don't have a big enough wrench. SAD.

It looks like this:
Oops can't post pictures here yet.
It looks like a peugeot pipeline 5.

Since you'll be needing a larger wrench to take it off when you get the new BB, just go ahead and buy one now. Then, you can measure the threads and be sure. Go to the hardware store and buy a 24 TPI bolt, and see if the threads line up. A cheap plastic ruler with a metric scale on it will let you measure the BB shell width.
