Help with Tandem ID?

All i have are seller photos. He's listing it for $75, and I really have no idea what type this is. Looks repainted, and has some weird frame geometry. Any help appreciated!

Thanks!https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...975ab910ae.jpg

The rear triangle/dropout assembly looks like a Burley to me. I’ve never seen that frame bracing style on a Burley, but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Fisher and a small company named Tango both used that “up tube” design. The two small tubes from the captain’s seat tube to the top tube I’ve never seen before - maybe an addition to the original frame?

Thanks. I think it is a Burley frame thats been modified at some point. I decided to buy it for $50, so not alot to lose. Will need a new tandem front wheel; I think I saw one at the co-op.
