Thanks for information. If the simichrome polish I bought does not work, I will use the Blue Magic polish cream.

Semichrome will perform very well. Blue Magic will perform better. At least that's been my experience.

I just tried the simichrome polish on several parts on my Continental and it worked very well, except when I used it on the Campy record hubs which are in good shape to begin with. Maybe I need the Blue Magic for the Hubs.

If the hubs are anodized, no polish will improve their appearance, unless you first remove the anodizing.
