Source for Ross Sticker

I will be bringing my Ross Aristocrat in for the spa treatment (sandblasting away the current taupe paint job and powder coating it orange) and assume the blasting will take off the Ross head badge which in this case is a sticker. That's okay because the old sticker is a bit worn. I believe that it was simply applied over the paint and not covered with clear coat.

From what I have read here, stickers can safely go over powder coating and even be covered with clear coat if so desired.

My problem is no one seems to have any Ross stickers for sale.

Does anyone know of a source for the below sticker???

Thank you. I will get the full sheet set.

Might see if someone can make up a stylized "Aristocrat" as well for both sides of the top tube.

Photograph the "Aristocrat" decal, digitally download it to your photo software, scale it to the correct size and either print out or save on a thumb drive. Take your original to an automotive graphics place (once they tell you the file format they want) and have it printed and cut. Apply to bike. I did this about 15 years ago when replacement decals were not available for the top tube script of a Peugeot Gentleman I restored. Also, you might also email Velocals with an inquiry. They were willing to make custom adjustments on a Bertin decal sheet for me several years ago but may require you to supply a file for artwork as well.

Jim

Thank you. I will try that route. Since the powder coat will change the look of the bike forever, I had thought of "messing" with the head badge and having the wording done in a different font like Allura or similar.

I understand there is a company in Welland that will do it for $30 Canadian a sheet which means I don't have to get it shipped.

That sounds like a fair price for a single sheet. Good luck with the resto.
