Campy brake levers non aero to aero

Will these lever convert to aero? If so what do I need? Thanks

Generally all it takes is the little stamped metal insert with the v shape in the middle of it.

If you're lucky they will still be in the lever, but they tend to fall out, which is kind of frustrating because they're kind of hard to put in.
