AIRLUZ Airless Tire Inserts?

I was looking through a box of old bike books, etc I picked up at auction and tucked in a Glenn's Complete Bicycle Manual were the Installation Instructions for AIRLUZ Airless Tire Inserts.
Included was an unused round (~3cm diam) product sticker stating "GUARANTEED for the life of your bike". See scans below.

I've never seen the actual product or even heard of it until now. A search of the terms didn't come up with any hits on Bike Forums or Google.
Anybody ever try these or know anything about them? Just curious...it was probably someone's dream of fame and fortune once.
