Besides classic rendevous is there a site to identify 80's peugeots? it what did a PZ 10 look like?

Much like all the other high end Peugeots, but with Campagnolo Nuovo and Super Record components. The Wanadoo site is the best source for Peugeot catalog scans. Here's the link to the PZ10.

Oh yeah! That's a great web site. French babes on Peugeots. Better than the Schwinn catalogs with American babes, even.

'58 is my favorite. Women wrapped in chrome just affect me strangely.

thanks gusy figured out the bike I'm thinking of is a PG 10 or PGN its equiped with shimano600. Anyone own or ride one before i drop cash on this?

I've a pair of Pugs from 1979-80, a bit earlier than the bike you are looking at. They are very nice rides, and I treasure them. Except for the PXs and some variants (the PZ is a PX w/o the standard stronglight/simplex groupo, I believe) the bikes are not particularly valuable, so I wouldn't pay too much (100-150 tops) unless the bike is absolutely pristine and fits you perfectly.
