Help with mystery bike..
 

hey guys and gals,
looking for help figuring out what this old beauty is... looks so much like a schwinn tiger to me but it has a cottered crank with a totally not schwinn chain ring, steerer tube looks different than anything i can find online..i found it in the bush while hunting in south western manitoba, the land owners knew nothing about it... no stamp on head tube or seat post, stamp on BB is 01 46 - 06 . stamp on drop out is 00514 (orDD514?)...any help is greatly appreciated...also having trouble uploading pics?
