Headset ID

I am looking for a headset similar to these. The first one came on a Bridgestone Prestino, a Japanese market hybrid, it has sealed bearings inside. The second is from some Japanese market bike and I have no idea what. I am looking for at least 2 of these. The Velo Orange Grand Cru headset would be good but I can not find any.

Those strike me as 1" BMX/american headsets, the bottom one a little more. They tend to have that knurling and notched adjusting ring. The rubber seal on top of the locknut too. That's probably not helpful though if the frame isn't an American 1" cruiser or old mountain bike.

Any idea of branding or company that made this kind of headset.

Can't help with official manufacturers but it looks like this might work.
