Went to old bike repairers shop, wife is selling out his stuff

the two raleigh chaincases were hidden under a shelf w just enough clearance to fit them.I had visions of campagnolo parts and what I saw was vintage ahimano stuff.
there were some raleigh chaincases and some items that looked old. The three speed coaster hub ? Some bike tools to add to the wall. Any I d help with this stuff?

Is that a Resilion coaster brake hub? My 1950 dunelt cantilevered frame cruiser has one of those.
