Fun fact, the Motobecane model name in those years was Grand Jubile -- note, only one "e" at the end. Later they added the second "e", I don't remember what years, someone here knows... But '75 and '76 they were one "e".

The derailleur is a Jubilee, not a Grand Jubilee.

The rims were Weinmann alloy 27". Not the earlier "dimpled" or the later "concave" -- you're looking for a fairly plain looking box-shaped rim, flat across the spoke holes face. I think they said Made in Belgium on them.

You may find some useful info in this here stash of catalogs:

Servicing instructions for jubilee rd and fd

Hello everyone,
i have looked high and low and can not find instructions on how to service jubilee fd and rd. Can someone help direct me? Recently acquired '73 competition and '74 Super tourer and want to do right by these much loved little pieces of mechanical history. I plan to start thread soon to share and ask for other related advice.
many thanks, Steve

Has anyone ever seen a drilled long cage Jubilee rear derailleur?
The drillium was offered on the second version of the Jubilee, I.e., factory created. The parallelogram spring was also made more robust than the first version. I have never seen a drillium long cage, though.

I think it's factory-drilled. All the drilled Jubilees I've seen have that extra brace on the pulley cage, for the lower pulley, while the undrilled version does not have that brace:
