Interesting. It appears to be from around 2010, made by Selle Royal under contract to Fizik. AFAIK, Fizik saddles are designed in the US but still made by Selle Royal. Over the years it appears more recent Fizik saddles have omitted any reference to Selle Royal, probably to distinguish themselves from the comfort saddles Selle Royal is known for. The Tempo appears to be a sort of comfort saddle, perhaps for an endurance or touring drop bar bike. Note the yellow pads, which appear to be to cushion against shock/vibration. Nowadays Fizik is mostly known for appealing to the hardcore roadies.

When searing Google, use "fizik tempo", omit the Selle Royal, and use the minus parameter to omit references to current Fizik products using the Tempo name (shoes, bar tape, etc.). This will narrow down to a few references to the old model saddle.

I still am not seeing much. I sent a message directly to Fizik, so I'll let you know what I find out.
