PSA: Charlie Cunningham needs help

Rivindell is asking to help Charlie, they will give you a $10 credit if you donate $18 and already have an account with them. Sounds like Grant is willing to help even when he has asked for help, kinda rare these days.

Then scroll way down the page.

I am not sure that Charlie was ever overly concerned about the dollar as much as having fun and riding bikes. Having said that he made huge contributions to cycling , and I am ok with voluntarily giving him some support. Best wishes to Charlie and Jacquie Phelan .

I tried to sign in with the code RBW offers (initial.lastname zipcode RBW) but Gofundme won't accept that and process the contribution. If you use a credit card the name on the card has to match and that "code-name" obviously isn't on anybody's credit card....so does anybody know a solution?

I reached out to Riv to see if I have an account so I will follow up, haven't heard back yet. There should be a place to make a note where you could put it in maybe.
You could also call them.

I just did it and put the code in the comment section, some people got it in the name line by combining it. Hopefully works either way.

Tx Brent,

You need to go to the Riv page if you want their deal too.

GRAAAAHHHGH!!! LAW OF TH' JUNGLE! CHARLIE IS WEAK AND THEREFORE MUST DIE!!!!!

OK, I'm being facetious. And hopefully preempting the usual whiners complaining about "Why should I give my money to someone who can't run legitimate successful business blah blah blah...?

Short answer: We are an open hearted community and support people who share our interests.
