Schwinn Cimarron Decals

I am thinking about a repaint on a 1986 Cimarron. I would rather patch it up, but it will require some patience and work to do that, and I am not sure the results would be acceptable.
The only affordable option is powder coat, and that means new decals. I have looked on the usual sites for them, but I have not seen any for the Cimarron.
I am open for ideas.

Probably do not exist except they will show up ounce and a while. Check everyday and you might get lucky. The Schwinn that built that bike losed it dooe in the early 1990s. Roger

You could always take photos of the existing decals and have someone with skillz try Photoshopping and then get them printed/produced as decals. That's gotta be possible.

I've been in decal reproduction mode lately so if you get me good tracings, accurate measurements, and hi-res photos I can do the artwork. Finding a printshop who's willing to run some off for you may be another story, though, if my recent experience is any judge.

I have decided to proceed with touch-up paint on the Cimarron. Decals are going to hard to find, so at least for now I'm going to aim for a "looks OK from ten feet" paint restoration. I began this afternoon with a couple of small brushes and some Testors model paint. I got the color match close, but I am pretty sure it may be off a bit when it dries. It will probably take 3 coats, with wet sanding in between, but that is how it will be for now.

Here are some before photos. Keep in mind that dirt and crud hide most of the paint damage.
