Looks like she's switched the front wheel from 27" to 700C but has insufficient pad height adjustment, Also needs to be taught on the proper orientation of a QR skewer. Furthermore, needs to read bicycle fitting 101 on the subject of saddle tilt.

I hope she's not going to use the handlebar on the red bike as a visual assembly aid.......
